unkle grumps.

just returned from pattaya monday evening.. well it was fun, tiring, hot, and amazing.. haha.. well, its my first time i've been to thailand.. lemme write down what we did each day..

Friday: Met at the airport at 4pm, flight at 6pm.. Reached Bangkok at around 9pm singapore time, which is 8pm thai time.. took a bus all the way to pattaya.. around 2 hours drive from the airport.. reached the hotel and cooled down in the rooms.. met up at aroun 11 for a drink across the road, then we all headed to heaven.. haha.. heaven.. after heaven was like 4am, had late night supper on the streets.. very nice food i must say.. went back at 6am and slept, for an hour..

Saturday: woke up at 7am, had breakfast, then headed to Horse Shoe Point club where the Chris Kay's Memorial Ten's were held.. played against teams like Lankraband University, British Club, and some nomads team from i-forgot-which-country.. after the matches, headed back to the hotel to wash up, then it was the thai traditional massage.. oose.. that was awesome.. then it was dinner and straight to hard rock cafe for the foam party.. i kinda enjoyed myself that night.. haha.. singing along with the music, jumping around, breathing in foam, submerging into the foam, playing foam volleyball.. haha.. fun! then it had to close, so it was over to walking street.. living dolls.. haha.. went back to the hotel at like 5am again.. slept slept for 2 hours this time..

Sunday: woke up at 7am again, had breakfast, and off to the horseshoe point for rugby again.. played in the plate semis against some team.. shit i keep forgetting which teams we played against.. we won and went on to the plate finals.. lost to abbey in the plate finals.. well, it was a good tournament.. headed back to the hotel and washed up.. went to some restaurant with a live band, byt the beach.. good food, good music, good entertainment on tv (man u winning 4-0).. then it was walking street, living dolls.. haha.. left them after an hour.. met up with yifang.. was supposed to go to this club called route 999, but it caught fire killing 8 ppl and injuring 54 ppl.. man.. how lucky can we get.. if i did not follow the guys to walking street, i might have been in that club too man.. headed to hollywood pattaya instead.. music was not too bad, ppl on stage were funny.. guys in the club were mostly gay.. haha.. walked around the foodstalls, then headed back to the hotel.. slacked for a few hours, then headed out to have supper again.. once again, slept at 5am..

Monday: woke up at 7.45am this time.. headed to the beach with david to try and do some shopping before we leave pattaya at 10.. took a bike ride there only to find all the shops closed.. damn.. we walked for like 2 kilometers? then took a bike ride again to where we dropped off earlier.. this time, shops were opening.. bough a few beer tees, and some other stuff for other ppl.. then headed back just on time to leave for bangkok airport.. reached the airport at like 1.30pm thai time, reached singapore at like 6.30pm.. headed home straight and knocked out.. haha.. man, i miss pattaya.. can't wait to go back soon.. pictures up soon!
