unkle grumps.

well its been a very long time. ever since i enlisted? training has been tough, gone through BMT, CSLC, BAC, now in the midst of DOT. i'm flying off to brunei tonight, and i'm quite in a low morale. after hearing things from lots of people about how brunei is gonna kill you, the mountains you have to climb, the swamps you have to walk, how haunted the place is, how BIG the insects are, and how tough the trainings are gonna be. people say that brunei is the place where you see your mate's true colours, the place where everyone will be "gelled" up. i hope everything goes well for everyone.

so what have i been doing the past 9 months? training training and more training. what i'm most proud of, airborne wings. went to taiwan for the final phase of cslc, really enjoyed the place, especially R&R. basically, my life now is just army and nothing but the army. occasional nights of mahjong, dbl o-ing, ktv pubbing, do make life alot more happening. lots of things happened. lost a very good friend, but also made tons of new, awesome mates in the army. also lost a "family member" but a new one has joined.

haven't been to church in awhile. missed playing in the band, the people. now that i've moved to another church, i've not played for a while.

anyway, more stories about brunei when i'm back, on the 3rd of oktober.
