ok i've decided to add more colour to my post.. this picture is taken after a night of mahjong, without sleep, getting cranky, and nothing to do, waiting for jan outside her house to go for breakfast..

last night after work, johnny and jaya went over to crustacean to catch the 2 garoupas that have been living there for more than a year.. after catching it, we decided to cook it and eat it.. we went over to the "kelong seafood" at the coffee shop and asked if they would cook for us.. we paid $15.. well, for a white garoupa that size, it would definitely cost around $200 - $300.. my my.. we only paid $15.. haha.. i didn't know how expensive it was and what people actually say about the white garoupa until i tried its meat.. my gosh.. it really melts in your mouth, just like what johnny says.. and the cook really cooked it the excellent way.. really a master chef.. haha.. here are the pictures..

actually, i kinda feel really bad.. after more than a year of looking after the garoupa since it was puny, i really feel bad.. haha.. it was like a pet to me.. feeding it almost every morning, looking at it while i was bored in crustacean.. haha.. anyway, it was all good..

i'll always remember last night.. it was probably the first and last time i'll eat the white garoupa..

i've finally decided. i'm quitting school.

there's no point in studying now when i keep failing cos i have absolutely zero interest in it. might as well take a short break, go to army and think about what i should do. people tell me not to quit as i'm finishing soon. well i have 3 semesters left, thats a year and a half. if i do continue, i'd probably keep failing and therefore get kicked out of school, whereas if i quit now, i can come back and continue from where i stopped after army. so, i'll quit.

was at jan's house the whole of yesterday. it was her birthday. played mahjong the whole day i guess. from 4pm to 7pm, had dinner, played mahjong again, won like $60 the whole day. ahaha. steam. first time. played cards as well, big small on drinks, and bridge. all in all, it was a fun day. haha except the time when i was playing mahjong with jan, chong and hadassah. i won like $50 that game. they were screaming their heads off at me. lol.
